When Oscar, the owner, came to provide the consultation, it was clear to me that he is an expert. He was competitively priced and was very thorough in his explanation of the process, as this was the first time I had an elevator installed and I was clearly a novice. He use to install elevators himself, so he knows everything there is to know about them. I want to share what was most important to me. It wasn’t just pricing and style, but Oscar and his full staff focused on safety and I felt that I could trust them fully. Often times, I wasn’t able to be home while the install was taking place. I trusted his full staff in my home without me being there. They kept my home clean, cleaned up all debris, and kept me apprised of what was going on, while I wasn’t there.
